Developing Emotional Intelligence
How does one develop emotional intelligence? Research indicates that Mindful Meditation practices can improve our capacity for focus and attention in a world of constant distraction. In addition, mindful practices increase our capacity for impulse control, making it less likely that we will suffer the disruption of neural hijack in the face of life’s stresses and triggers.
